(Bedford, MA) – Alliance Environmental Group, an F.W. Webb Company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Martin Anderson, CIH CSP, as Director of Building Sciences — Senior Principal Scientist. In this role, he will lead all aspects of the Building Sciences practice including asbestos, mold, and lead paint remediation projects, Indoor Environmental Quality, Industrial Hygiene, and Industrial Safety assessments.
“This is a critical hire for Alliance. Building Sciences is a significant portion of our assessment activities,” said Felix Perriello, President, Alliance Environmental Group. “We recruited Martin due to his tremendous knowledge and vast abilities in the field.”
With 30 years as an Environmental Health and Safety professional, Anderson brings a broad range of industry experience from manufacturing to healthcare, pharma, utilities, and environmental site remediation.
“I’m excited for this new opportunity,” said Anderson. “My immediate focus includes developing the Building Sciences team and establishing an emergency response process for unexpected small-scale asbestos projects.”
Anderson is affiliated with the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE), American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA) and the New England chapter of the AIHA.
