Jim Hayden, Senior Environmental Business Development Manager, will assist with increasing AEG’s environmental business sales. He brings to the AEG team over 30 years of experience in sales development and direct marketing and will be key to increasing AEG’s annual sales revenue.
Jim has held a number of leadership positions, including Regional Manager, General Manager, and Vice President of Sales, along with serving on the Board of Directors of the Rochester Midland Corporation, a 135-year-old, privately held specialty chemical company located in Rochester, New York. Leading sales teams in North America and internationally, Jim brings to AEG expertise in the areas of sales revenue growth, sales team development, and strategic direction of marketing and technical services teams. Jim leverages his skills in the areas of company resources, teamwork, and selling process techniques to develop unique customer-focused solutions.
Located in Victor, New York, Jim’s role will be to support the F.W. Webb Outside Sales Teams located throughout the firm’s ever-expanding footprint. Specifically, Jim will be focused on creating new opportunities for environmental services across the company footprint.
