His background includes oversight of construction and facility operations and involvement in all aspects of the environmental field.“I’m excited for this new opportunity,” said Mr. Chain. “My immediate focus includes obtaining asbestos, mold, and lead licenses for the Northeastern states and enhancing field operations for all environmental and industrial hygiene projects.” Mr. Chain is licensed with the State of New York as a mold assessor, asbestos project monitor, air sampling technician, building inspector, project designer, and management planner. In addition, he is licensed in the State of New Jersey as an asbestos safety technician and as a management planner and asbestos inspector in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
