Hazardous Materials Management

Hazardous waste and materials management presents ongoing challenges for any building or facility manager. Anyone looking to purchase, sell, renovate, or demolish a building or structure may be tasked with the removal of regulated hazardous building material. Effective management of issues related to hazardous materials is critical for the safety of your employees and property.

HAZMAT Services

Alliance Environmental Group (AEG), an F.W. Webb Company, can assess and test for dangerous hazardous materials such as Asbestos, Lead, PCBs, Mercury, and Chlorofluorocarbons.

The experienced scientists and engineers at AEG conduct Hazardous Materials Screening Surveys throughout the Northeast. They follow state (DEP, DOH, DLS) and federal (EPA, OSHA, AHERA, and NIOSH) regulatory standards and guidelines. All testing is sent to accredited laboratories for timely analysis.
